Ready to streamline your estate?
Billing, sales, service delivery and sustainability all work from the same physical record. Spire keeps it true by capturing every move, add and change as it happens, including work done by smart hands and third parties.
The challenge
A tenant draws power you are not charging for, in space nobody recorded. Another is still billed for a circuit they decommissioned last year. Either way the invoice rests on a record nobody has checked against the floor, and you cannot say which way it is wrong.
When a customer wants to buy, the answer should come straight from the record. Instead it takes several people to work out what space, power, cooling, cross-connect and meet-me room capacity is really free, so capacity you have paid for sits idle.
Smart hands, remote hands and third-party maintainers install, move and remove kit every day. Most of that work never reaches the record, because nothing was built for someone standing in a cold aisle under time pressure with no laptop open.
A tenant asks what they have, where it is and what it is drawing, and the answer takes several people and days to assemble. A smart hands job overruns because the engineer cannot find the kit. None of it is logged as a fault. It shows up at renewal.
How Spire helps
Give each customer their own branded view of their cages, racks, devices and connectivity. Permissions cascade from the racks you assign, so a tenant sees their own assets and nothing else, in navigation, search, dashboards and reports.
More on Customer Portal →Model each cross-connect as a physical cable, a logical connection and a commercial service. Record recurring charges and SLA targets against each service, so what you bill follows what is actually patched today, not what was patched last year.
More on Connectivity →Spire records installs, moves, changes and decommissions at the moment they happen, including work by people who do not work for you. Engineers scan a barcode label to go straight to the asset, and every change is logged with who made it and when.
More on Asset Management →The 3D digital twin shows every hall, cage, rack and port with live power and thermal data overlaid. The layout builder can split racks for shared tenancy and checks that new kit fits before it is committed, so sales can quote from the record.
More on Digital Twin →Bring in power and environmental readings from BMS, SNMP and Modbus sources, mapped to the rack or device they belong to. Route alerts by group, so operations see infrastructure alerts while each customer receives only the notifications for their own space.

No. Spire's permission model was designed for multi-tenant colocation. Grant a customer access to their racks and they see those racks, the devices in them and a route to find them. Other tenants' assets never appear in their navigation, search results, reports or analytics, and explicit deny rules can be added on top.
No. Spire holds the physical estate as one record (halls, cages, cabinets, rack units, power from source to consumer, ports, fibre and cross-connects) and feeds it back into your CMDB. Your service management platform stays where it is. The physical layer underneath it becomes accurate.
Spire works with COzPro to show carbon impact down to individual devices, using manufacturer EPD data and live telemetry rather than nameplate ratings. Because dashboards and reports are permission-scoped, each tenant can be shown the figures for their own equipment.
Pull the last ten physical jobs done in your estate from tickets or the smart hands log, and check whether each one changed the CMDB. It takes an afternoon. If only some left a trace, you have a capture rate instead of a suspicion, and a better first conversation than a demo.
